Tri-Cities ROP strives to be the leading career and technical educator for today and the future

OUR MISSION
Tri-Cities ROP is dedicated to providing career preparation for high school students and adults. It is the responsibility of the ROP to assist high school students with their school to work transition and provide adults with employability skills.

This will be accomplished by providing the highest quality:

• Job training for individuals who seek to enter a new occupational or technical field.
• Skill upgrading for individuals who are already committed to a career field.
  
• Retraining in a viable occupational field for individuals who find that they must change their career goals.
• Preparation for advanced training at a post secondary educational institution.
